The outer plastic casing has some discoloration. Looks like dust but does not wipe off. It does work. It has a mini disc inside tha loads, unloads, and plays. However, when i plug in headphones the sound only comes out of one channel.  Please look at pictures carefully. They are exactly what you will recieve and a representation of the condition your item is in.
